It’s simple. Once you contact us, we provide you with a private portal where you and your team can upload repair requests. Within 24 hours of each request, our team will provide you with a pre-paid and insured shipping label and instructions on how to start the repair process.
How long do most services take?
Most repairs take 5 to 7 business days. Manufacturing requests and larger projects typically take 2 to 3 weeks.
Are there any long-term commitments?
No, all of our partnerships are on a per-projectbasis. That said, most companies use us as their go-to solution for all their repair and manufacturing needs.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes, all of our work is guaranteed for 90 days.
